I am very proud of my day. I had to battle harder than ever in my life. I figure that 3 years older, and only 3 minutes slower is pretty good! I finished in a time of 11:39:55 which was good for 18th out of 150 in my age group.
Mentally I feel great. Physically, sick as a dog.
And for today's quote I give you my favorite race course sign.
"Smile if you masturbate."
By the time I reasoned it out it was too late. I had already grinned and got caught!
